Yesterday, she turned 7! I can't believe it! Time goes by so quickly! And according to her, being 7 is "way different" than being 6. Even though this is strange to say, it's weird to talk to her and listen to her actually say something. I'm so used to the jibber jabber she used to use to communicate. I think to me she will always 3 or 4. That's how old she was when I moved out and I think subconsciously she will stay the same age for the rest of her life... at least until she goes on her first date. :)
When I called her to wish her a happy birthday she told me all about how she gets to play x box. Apparently that is the "thing" to do when you are 7 and she is getting really good. My brother Collin is attempting to teach her how to play but I think she is catching on faster that he would like because he only gets to hold the controller "for like three minutes every hour." They get along great some of the time. :)

My mum also went to Blockbuster and rented two Barbie movies for her to
watch. I think that kept all the little ones occupied for most of the
day. Nap time for my mum!
And I guess they had donuts for breakfast and lunch, and popsicles was her treat for the day. Enough sugar you think?? I'd go CRAZY! I'm sure she looked like this for most of the day...

And then they probably all crashed like they did last time this happened...

But it sure sounds good!
I am so blessed to have such a wonderful little sister! I can't wait to see her again! I love you ERIKA!
